- Service Satisfaction:
- If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments.
- Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original service date.
- Retail Products:
- All sales of retail products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any retail products.
- In the rare event of a defective product, please return it within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt, for an exchange.
- Appointments and Cancellations:
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
