What type of payments do you accept?
  • We accept most forms of payment. Cash & all credit cards are accepted.
  • Gratuities are preferred via cash or venmo.
Do you have parking?
  • Parking around the salon is metered street parking. There is an overflow lot next to Baltimore clay works and the light rail.
What is your cancellation policy?
  • We kindly request that all cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
  • No shows or last minute cancellation will be subject to a fee.
What is your refund policy?
At Mane Salon at 1612, we take pride in providing exceptional hair and beauty services to our valued clients. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following No Refund Policy:
  1. Service Satisfaction:
    • If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments.
    • Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the original service date.
  2. Retail Products:
    • All sales of retail products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any retail products.
    • In the rare event of a defective product, please return it within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt, for an exchange.
  3. Appointments and Cancellations:
    • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
    • No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  4. Gift Cards:
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
